The Biodyne Model (Greek for "life change") is an advanced psychotherapy approach that examines core patterns of interaction, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to identify barriers to effective care, treatment, and personal growth.

Amanda is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner credentialed in Tennessee, Colorado, and Kansas. She received her PMHNP post-certification from the University of North Alabama and is nationally certified through the American Nurses Association (ANCC). She earned her Master of Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She has worked in outpatient, telehealth, internal medicine, public health, home health, and as a hospitalist in her roles as PMHNP and FNP.
While not seeing patients, she can be found at the dinner table helping her kids with their homework, at the sidelines cheering at their events, loving up on the cats, and by the pool during the summer with her husband and kids.

Dexter is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He received both his Master of Nursing and Bachelor of Nursing degrees from the University of North Alabama. He is nationally certified as a PMHNP through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). He has experience in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth psych settings.
Before becoming a PMHNP, Dexter earned a Master of Sports Science degree from the United States Sports Academy, where he and his wife, Amanda, owned a fitness facility in Memphis that was nominated "Best Health Club" multiple years.

We provide evaluation and treatment for many mental health conditions across the lifespan from ages 5 and above. These include:

Acute substance and alcohol comorbidities can be present, and if this is the case, we will make appropriate referrals to specialized providers for proper detox protocols. We will continue care once you can receive outpatient care again.
We will make the proper referrals if deemed necessary by the providers. We can continue to support your other mental health needs as clinically appropiate.

We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and Optum (UnitedHealthCare). If we do not accept your insurance at this time, we offer Self-Pay options as well.
